There are Wedding Professionals in every area who have worked together year after year. There are also some amazing, aspiring, new professionals who are just starting out. You will need to get to know them. You will need to identify the team you need and the style of event you’re trying to create.   A large production with many moving parts might require a seasoned team, perhaps even an all inclusive Event Corporation. A quaint backyard event might lend itself nicely to up and coming professional who need to gain experience. Teams come in all shapes and sizes.   But the one thing they all have in common….

The Interview

To assemble your Dream Team you must actually go forth and visit them. Talk to them, get to know them. Bond. You’re going to be with these people forever, in every memory you have of your wedding day. Every time you walk by that portrait in your dining room, 10 years into your marriage, you’re going to remember that photographer, good or bad. Your family will still grouse about the DJ’s speakers blowing during the reception and the food being cold. It’s a big deal…
