When it comes to having a successful Wedding Day you should always Schedule a Rehearsal. We host an online, Wedding Rehearsal Workshop to help you through it all. The one main reason to have a Rehearsal which is practicing all of the Mechanics related to the Ceremony.
Wedding Rehearsal Workshop
You can join our FREE Wedding Rehearsal Workshop on Facebook, or enroll right now on Teachable if you can’t wait.
In the Workshop we’ll learn:
How to Have a Rehearsal
We’ll walk you through how to schedule your Wedding Rehearsal for the same day and TIME of your actual wedding ceremony. We cover:
- Communication- Telling everyone when to be there for Rehearsal.
- The “Magic Time”- for meeting prior to Ceremony start time.
I’m even outlining scripts for how to conduct the rehearsal if you’re an official, bride or coordinator. We’ll cover:
How to Start a rehearsal:
- Introductions – What to say in Team Huddles
- How to start everyone in their ceremony positions.
- Rehearsal Order:: Ceremony Positions > Recessional > Processional > Ceremony Rehearsal > Recessional = DONE
Processionals
These are covered more in depth back at Project Block 4 when we discuss Ceremony Structure. Here is that same link for your quick reference.

Feel free to have your moms and even your Officiant {if available and has never done a rehearsal} watch the Wedding Rehearsal Workshop videos so that they can hear the same information from me and you don’t have to reexplain it to them.
Transitions & Mechanics
There are 5 major transitions {at least} that happen during your ceremony that you need to practice. These are what I will refer to in the videos as the “mechanics” or the moving pieces and gestures of the humans {or dogs!} involved.
Mechanics you MUST Practice:
- Giving Away Transition
- May I have the Rings
- Unity Ceremony
- The Kiss
- The Pronouncement
In the Teachable Workshop, I have included a Download Worksheet outline for the Rehearsal Mechanics. If you are already enrolled in The Project Block System on Teachable you already have this and don’t need to enroll in the separate Workshop. If you would like to enroll on Teachable to access the download you may do that here:
Bonus Downloads mentioned in this Workshop that are not included:
Or buy them all + 2 Bonus Worksheets for $3 more.
