I absolutely LOVE milk glass! I actually had a lot of it at my own wedding and have a large personal collection of it. If you feel the same way about it, then you too probably spend your Sundays out at Goodwill Stores and Estate Sales hunting for it! And when you do find it, it h
as that “diamond in the rough” charm because it is usually pretty filthy…. for some unknown reason.
I just recently came across a fantastic idea for cleaning it that I just had to try! Apparently, which makes total sense if you think about it, milk glass is very similar to dentures. Which is why you can use denture cleaner to clean it! Scrub free! No more soaking, scouring and scrubbing with a tooth brush to make it shine! Not to mention the insides of those bud vases that you really can’t even reach!

I recently just found a gem of a piece at Goodwill the other day. It is a large hobnail cake pedestal which nearly made my jaw drop I was so excited to see it! And for only $20!
Naturally, it was dirty, so it was time to put my newly learned advice to the test! I went and bought a denture cleaner…

I buy Milk Glass every time I’m in thrift stores or at garage sales. I sell my overstock in my Etsy Shop, The Vintage Event.
