It’s time to get ORGANIZED!
*NOTE: Anywhere I mention Teachable in the video, know that I now mean here on the blog across the YouTube Videos, as I’m no longer using the Teachable Platform* Also, the Facebook Group is no longer active as a Team Experience Piece.
We’re officially ready to begin Wedding Planning with The Project Block System in a way that brings all of the pieces together. We’re combining our Wedding Planning Binder, The Project Block Workbook and this YouTube ECourse into a singular unit that you can call your own Command Center. This is the where and when you begin being an Effective Team Leader and really take control of your entire event.
Step 1: Download the Back Office Command Center Suite
These new documents are meant to live outside of your binder, {or in their own mini binder} preferably posted on the wall where you can see them whenever you sit down to do wedding planning.
Step 2: Set Up your Wedding Planning Back Office at Home
Grab some sheet protectors or some of those document plaques so you can live that dry-erase life I love so much. Revisit my Amazon List for Back Office Supplies if necessary.
You’ll want your Planning List, PTW List, Prior to Wedding Action Plans Worksheet and Ingredient List to be reusable in some sort of dry-erase system.
Step 3: Decide on your Schedule
You get 3 Hours per day to work on your wedding. They do not have to be consecutive or even consistent. But the 3 Hour long Block do need to stay in order with Block 1 {Back Office} always being first. Ideally you’ll be able to plan Monday through Thursday, but if not you can adjust the days.
Step 4: Update your Project Block Audit
You may have a few Project Blocks already started. Update your audit so you stay on track
Step 5: Get ready for tomorrow!
Feeling organized and structured yet?! I hope you’re as confident as I am in your ability to plan this wedding. You have all the tools you need and the structure to follow through. I’ll see you in Project Block 0.
