Video- Preparing to Move HQ.mp4

Oooh! This is the biggest one! And we save it for the end… You may have caught a quick glimpse at this one during the I’m Engaged ECourse, but now it is an official Assignment to prepare and complete. You now know what you’re doing too of course!
You’ve done some amazing coordinating these last few months, and now it is time for The Project Block System to shine! Start packing and labeling and getting everything ready for the big MOVE! You did it!

Building your Worksheet

There is no specific image needed for this Project Block

Ingredients:

Even if a setup crew is doing your set up for you {maybe even GEG} there are a few things you’ll want to make sure make it into HQ for them such as:

Prior to Wedding:

List tasks that need to be completed before the wedding day to ensure success, including but not limited to:

  • Finalizing ALL of your Project Block Worksheets
  • Packing and Numbering Ingredients
  • Obtaining & labeling your Lost & Found Box
  • Obtaining & Labeling your Returns Box
  • Obtaining & labeling your Archive Box

Staging Materials:

The most important {obviously} are all of your Project Block Ingredients and their worksheets.
Additionally, some awesome items to have in your HQ for Big Day problem-solving include:

  • Fabric Steamers
  • Iron & Ironing board
  • Garbage Bags
  • Spare Bubble Wrap

Here is a reminder of all the items GEG brings with us for our HQ if we are facilitating your wedding setup.

Wedding Day Set Up:

You check off when the Project is Done, Packed and Ready to Go
You check off when this Project is loaded into a Big Day vehicle
You assign the Person who is setting HQ up for you {if different than the Person in Charge}
Name your Person in Charge. He or she will then take over the Worksheet and check off the remaining Wedding Day Set Up boxes as they are completed.

The Project Block Workbook

This is where your Project Block Workbook and Worksheets make their on-stage debut. Up until now, they’ve been only seen by you, in the safety of your private computer or workspace. Now they’re out! They’re ready to be used to the fullest! Have you done them completely? Will someone who has never seen them before be able to follow your clear instructions? Now is the time to hand them over…

It is very possible that you may have to reprint some of them, clean up your handwriting and even change some of your pictures to reflect your staged visions and not your Pinterest inspirations.
