
In this week we’re covering TWO Project Blocks because the go so nicely together. First, we have P16 which is all about your Marriage License, but also touches on the concept of Name Changes, which transition us right into Tributes… Some may consider the name change to a part of tributes. Here is the Progress Checklist for all this week’s Project Block. Have all these items checked and DONE prior to starting the next Project Block Week so you stay on track.
WEEK 19 Progress Checklist

- Watch the Teachable Lecture for Project Block 16
- MARRIAGE LICENSE
- Obtain Identification Documents
- Choose and inform witnesses {usually a MOH and Best Man}
- Identify who will mail it in after the wedding
- Make an appointment to apply for it in person, together
- MAKE APPOINTMENT
- Remember to check the window of validation for your county and apply at the correct time, meaning not too early.
- {Some only last 45-60 days}
- Pack your Marriage License in your Project Zero Bag

- TRIBUTES
- Decide on all the loved one you would like to honor
- *Please be aware of who you may be leaving out. Doing some may require doing all.
- Ask/collect pictures to print
- Frame pictures
- Identify where Tribute Frames will “sit” for the ceremony and reception
- Name a Transition Liaison for P17 so no frames are left alone
- Decide on all the loved one you would like to honor
- HOMAGES
- Decide on your homage displays: Relationship, Engagement, Grandparents, Slideshow, etc
- Ask/collect pictures to print
- Frame pictures
- Identify where Tribute Frames will “sit” for the ceremony and reception
- This may be a permanent display table or across other Project Blocks
- SLIDESHOW
- Decide on a Slideshow Presentation
- Collect pictures & organize them into PowerPoint
- Add music
- Provide your DJ with a Flash Drive of the Slideshow
- Rent/Buy Screen/Projector System
- Decide when/where you’re going to show the slideshow
- At Rehearsal Dinner, during P6, P14, etc.
- Communicate slideshow presentation showing and timing with proper vendors {DJ, Venue, etc}
Here is my recommendation for a Projector and Screen if you need one. We have it for movies at our house and LOVE the setup!
