This week we’re covering two Project Blocks that tie together easily, your exit and that of your guests. Here is the Progress Checklist for all this week’s Project Block. Have all these items checked and DONE prior to starting the next Project Block Week so you stay on track.

Project Block 24 Checklist

SEND-OFF
- Confirm with your venue what is allowed for a Grand Exit and Send-Off
- Buy your Send Off materials {sparklers, confetti, bubbles, etc.}
- Coordinate your Send-Off area {tunnel, etc.}
- Make your signage, if needed
GETAWAY
- Decide on the time you wish to exit the wedding
- Reserve a getaway vehicle
- Determine if you’ll change into another dress
- Determine if the Wedding Party can decorate the vehicle
- Assign your P24 Liaison
- Write your P24B Packing List
- Pre-Check-in to the hotel
BOUQUET & GARTER
- Will you be tossing your bouquet from the exit vehicle or on the dance floor?
- Choose a tossing song for the Bouquet and/or garter
  - Inform your DJ and add it to your song list

GUESTS TO VEHICLES
- Develop a supervision plan or person to regulate {bartenders are the best}
- Consider a Guest Exiting System if needed
- Establish proper lighting in the parking lot
- Provide garbage cans in the parking area to make your clean up easier tomorrow
- Create Proper Signage
GETTING GUESTS HOME
- Arrange Taxi Services or reserve Ubers
- Create Exiting Cards with Driving Directions if out in the country
SHUTTLES
- Arrange for Shuttles & Drivers
- Schedule Shuttle waves and establish a waiting area
- Appoint the Secret Chauffeur & Liaisons {Tell them their job}
TO-GO STATIONS
- Turn your P2 Welcome Table into a P24 Goodbye Table
  - Arrange any remaining favors here
  - Box up extra desserts & bottled waters
  - Create cute after party favors
  - Have a lost and found box
