
Music and your Emcee are a HUGE part of the Wedding Planning Puzzle. From Ceremony to Reception, you need to have someone running the show. You can hire one DJ to run everything, or you can have a combination of musicians, bands, and an Emcee. Here is the Progress Checklist for all this week’s Project Block. - Review Week 18 | Speech Week
- Write down your Speaking Order Roster and give it to the DJ/Emcee
- DJ/EMCEE Equipment Check
- This is the week to confirm you have everything your “Sound Team” needs
- Check-in for Extension Cords, Generators, Tables, Linens, Lighting, etc.
- Double-check that your venue has enough power for both your DJ & Caterer in an outdoor location.

- BACKUPS
- Make a BACKUP playlist or CD even of your ceremony music to have for your DJ on the day of the wedding. In an emergency, it could save the day!
