Video- Project Block 25 Lecture.mp4
Now that you’ve ridden off into the sunset, how will your guests follow up? We ask the questions about, not only how will guests get home safely, but how will they actually find their cars in the parking lot? Collect some taxi phone numbers, designate a Liaison and possibly even look into shuttles…

Building your Worksheet

Staging Materials:
From your Ingredients list write in the specific items used for the styling factor of this Project, the table, signage, taxi phone numbers, etc. This way the person setting it up for you {Person in Charge} will know what it is supposed to look like in the pictures. It may very well look like an information kiosk where guests “check-out” of the wedding. If you, in fact, have a coat check this would be a great place to set up your Exiting System.
Wedding Day Set Up:
Itemize out the pieces of your Project 25 System and how it needs to set up for display, and when people report to their shuttle location, etc.
If you have questions regarding your P25 System email your coordinator and ask how in-depth you need to get with your specific venue. You may not need much at all and are already be done with the entire Project.
The final Assignment here though is to appoint an authoritative person to help you watch the parking lot for safe drivers and possibly take keys if necessary… sort of a Safety Enforcer. Put this person on your Delegation Worksheet so your Coordinator has his/her name on their clipboard in the event that they are needed in a hurry!
- You check off when the Project is Done, Packed and Ready to Go
- Check off when this Project is loaded into a Big Day vehicle
- You assign the Person who is setting HQ up for you {if different than the Person in Charge}
Name your Person in Charge. He or she will then take over the Worksheet and check
