Video- Project Block 29 Video.mp4

By now I’m sure you have selected all of your special songs for the Big Day. Now is the time to organize them all, do a double-check, and make sure that your DJ or musicians actually have them all cued up for you. Put a list together and make sure they have it. Don’t worry… we have the list on a worksheet 😉

Building your Worksheet

Music Playlists

This is your last official Project Block Worksheet. {Are you excited to be wrapping up your planning or a little sad it’s over?} Your final worksheet is quite a bit different than the rest, considering that it is handed over to your DJ, not your Setup Crew.

There is no image for this worksheet, and the completion of this one is explained in the main blog post {Bonus!} However, there are a few back-office tips I can offer you here…

Cocktail Hour Mix-
You can attach a separate sheet to the back of the P29 Worksheet that lists your favorite Cocktail hour songs. It would even be better if, prior to the wedding, you gave this info to your DJ. This way, he/she can make a playlist to shuffle that is ready for the equipment.

Traditional Dance Songs-
If you are doing more dances than the worksheet allows, you can also write the order on the back side of the worksheet.

Speaking Order-
The same strategy can be applied here by creating an additional list that is attached to this worksheet before handed over to your DJ. If your DJ is introducing speakers, you’ll want to have a quick meeting beforehand to cover pronunciations of each name.

If you do have an Open Microphone, be sure to list here for your DJ who the last speaker will be to end the Open Microphone. It may be your parent(s) or another wedding party speaker.
